Service scope
Locazap is being developed as software for rental companies, with separate website, web interface, administration and mobile API. Operational modules are not yet proven in this repository.
Access and accounts
The website does not yet authenticate customers or create accounts. When available, credentials should be individual and protected by the user.
Customer company responsibilities
Roles, permissions, responsibility for submitted data and rules for linked users must be defined in the service agreement.
Availability and maintenance
Services have technical health checks and safe shutdown, but there is no approved SLA, availability guarantee or commercial support.
Artificial intelligence and MCP
No AI or MCP server is in production. Any future integration will require authorization, limits, disclosure of transmitted data and specific terms.
Pricing, payment and renewal
No plans, prices, taxes, billing, trial, renewal or cancellation exist in the project. No condition should be assumed.
Termination and deletion
Cancellation, export, retention and deletion procedures still require approval. The deletion page explains the current state.
Proper use and limits
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access or data the company has no lawful basis to process. Liability limits require a dedicated agreement.
Applicable law and contact
The contracting legal entity, venue, official channel and effective date are not provided and must appear in the final version.
