Request account and data deletion
This page will remain public and accessible without requiring the app to be reinstalled.
The current server has no deletion endpoint or customer authentication. This page does not confirm that an account was deleted.
How to start a request
Use only the official channel configured below. The team must proportionally confirm identity before acting on an account.

The procedure should request only what is needed to locate the account and prevent third-party requests. The method is not defined yet.
What must be assessed
The request should cover the account and associated personal data. Other users' company data and contractual obligations require separate assessment.
Retention and exceptions
There is no approved post-deletion retention policy. Any retention for law, security or fraud prevention must be defined, justified and disclosed before launch.
Backups
Current scripts keep backups for 14 days by default. Handling deletion requests in backups still needs an approved procedure.
Google Play requirement
If the app allows account creation, Google Play requires an in-app path and a functional external web resource to request deletion of the account and associated data. The Data safety form must also match actual practices.
